You will work closely with the senior management team to define and continuously refine the Group’s social media strategy and lead its delivery. Your day to day role will be to:

 

  • Identify social media platforms to engage in
  • Determine the language and target audience for each channel
  • Generate hits and leads for online content
  • Curate and develop content (eg. articles, memes) for each platform
  • Work with the creative team to generate images, posters, banners
  • Livestream events and event preparations
  • Respond to enquiries/comments received; forwarding complaints/queries to relevant departments
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WeChat)
  • Creative background (ability to design, etc) is a big plus
  • Understanding of Malaysian Chinese culture and customs is an advantage
  • Must be fluent in written Mandarin and English - due to our business environment this is non-negotiable
  • Work experience not needed - share your social media profile with us or your ideas on how we could market ourselves digitally.

  • Assist in completion of sales documentation including sales contract and data entry into system
  • Attend to customers' and agents' enquiries including but not limited to lot reservations, cancellations, transfers and changes
  • Liaise with Site, Sales, Service and Accounts personnel for daily activities and required documentation
  • Prepare Daily Collection and Sales Report
  • Maintain Customer and Sales database with relevant updates and changes
  • Monitor payment and issue receipts, reminders and full-payment certificates
  • First-round check of agents' commission and bonus calculation
  • Request, maintain and issue quotations, invoices and receipts as related to suppliers and customers
  • Maintain records of sales materials, forms and other stock
  • Participate in sales and marketing events as and when required
  • On-the-job training is provided
  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English. Additional spoken Chinese dialects is an advantage.
  • Minimum SPM or related qualification
  • Proficient in using a computer, in particular Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
